Mainly used for; Normalizing, annealing, and quenching of mechanical parts and components. The trolley frame is formed by welding with section steel, ensuring its rigidity without deformation under full load. The interior is built with refractory bricks, and the easily colliding and load-bearing parts are built with heavy bricks to enhance the strength of the furnace lining structure. The trolley enters the furnace through the action of cams and rollers, and automatically rises to seal. When the trolley is driven out, the sealing groove automatically falls down, and the sealing sand in the sealing groove does not need to be added frequently after being filled. The car is driven out and the furnace door is lifted and lowered using electric control, equipped with an electromagnetic brake to prevent inertia from hitting the furnace body. The interlocking control automatically cuts off the heating element when the furnace door is slightly opened, and at the same time restores the power supply of the trolley traveling mechanism.
The shell of the trolley furnace equipment is welded with steel plates and profiles, and the bottom of the furnace body is connected to the trolley light rail as a whole. Users do not need to install the foundation, but only need to place it on a flat cement ground to use. The furnace lining adopts a full fiber structure, using high-quality fiber felt as the raw material, which saves about 40% energy compared to the brick furnace. The furnace door device can be electrically or manually operated by the furnace door and its lifting mechanism. The trolley is equipped with a pressure and high temperature resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate for carrying workpieces. In order to shorten the cooling process time, the furnace top can be equipped with exhaust devices to accelerate cooling.
